  4. Complete payment

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders not yet processed can be updated or canceled

  • Orders already processed/shipped cannot be changed

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all U.S. orders.

  • International shipping is not available at this time

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: 7–12 business days (U.S. only)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@babira.shop.

  • Keep the original packaging

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll help replace or refund the item quickly.

8. Can I return an item?

Yes! Please see our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

9. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return is approved.

  • Processing usually takes up to 14 business days depending on your bank.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
